Refund policy

At VitalMart, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To request a return, please contact us at support@vitalmart.us with your order number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Note: Please keep in mind that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
